If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund. We exchange or refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice. Visit any Haverhill store or send it back to us.If the item was purchased at the store, it must be returned at a store. If it was an online purchase, you can visit any Haverhill store or send it back to us. Please do not send merchandise that was purchased at one of our store locations for return. Our Distribution Center cannot process any store return. Your package will be returned to you.
Return:
If the item was purchased at the store, visit any Haverhill store for a return or if it was an online purchase send it back to us and we'll credit you back to the original payment type. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. By sending returns to the Standard Returns Address, credit card purchases will receive credit back to the credit card used, while check, cash and gift card purchases will receive a merchandise credit. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we can only provide the last known value of the gear in the form of a merchandise credit.
Exchange
Want something else? Bring it to a store or send it back to us for an exchange. We won't charge you any Shipping and Handling (S&H) on your exchange. Exchanges sent back to us from store purchases are not available at this time. Do not send any additional payment such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Your additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.
Speed Exchange:
Need it faster? Give us a ring at 1-866-695-5562 and tell us that you want to do a Speed Exchange. We will order and charge you for the new merchandise, waive your Shipping and Handling (S&H) fees and send it right out. While you wait for your new order, send us back the original merchandise and we'll credit your account once we get it. Please note that Speed Exchanges are not available for store purchases.
How to Send it Back (for online orders only):
1. To ensure return accuracy, remember to enclose your invoice with your return. Be sure to keep the top portion for your records.
I. Canadian customers (and not Haverhill) will be the importers of record and will be responsible for the payment of all customs duties, including any duties, taxes and levies imposed on imported goods under the Customs Act, the Customs Tariff, the Excise Act, the Excise Tax Act, the Special Import Measures Act, the Export and Import Permits Act, or any other law relating to customs, as well as any penalties, interest or fines imposed under any of the aforementioned statues (the "Customs Duties").
2. Choose your return option:
Option A - Smart Label: Use the return label from your invoice on your package and drop it anywhere in the US mail. No postage is required; the cost of return Shipping and Handling ($6.00) will be deducted from your refund. The Smart Label is only available for our customers in the continental US and our APO/FPO customers.
Option B - Canadian Returns: Use the return label from your invoice on your package and return it to us using the carrier of your choice. Be sure to send it pre-paid. By using this label, you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue Canada to clear merchandise and process all duty and tax refunds.
Option C - Other International Returns: Use the return label to your package and return it to us using the carrier of your choice. Be sure to send it pre-paid.
Option D - Standard Returns (for online and catalog orders only): Use the carrier of your choice to: Haverhill Returns Department, 200 Haverhill Way, New Albany, OH 43054. Be sure to send it pre-paid. To avoid an additional charge, DO NOT use the peel away return label.
Price Adjustments:
We will gladly do a price adjustment for your online or catalog order. All price adjustments must be made within 14 days of the order placement date.
Replacement Parts:
Looking for a replacement part for your gear, such as a zipper or button? We apologize that your gear does not seem to be holding true to the quality we strive to provide; however, we do not offer replacement parts at this time. You can have it repaired and send us a copy of the bill. We will reimburse you with a Merchandise Credit up to $25.00 for the repairs. Here is our address:
