To become a registered HaverHill user, click the "Your Account" icon above. On the next screen, click "New Profile". Type in your billing information and choose a user name and password. Click on the "Confirm" icon and you should be all set!
Do I have to register to shop online?
No. Guest users are also welcome. However, you'll find registering beneficial and effortless.
Does it cost anything to register?
No.
Why should I become a registered user?
For convenience:
1. You won't have to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically.
2. It makes gift giving all the more simple. You can keep track of your friends and family in your haverhill Address Book and avoid typing in all their info when you want to send them gifts.
3. You can browse, shop and delay your order. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that you can come back and complete your order later. Note though that adding gear to your shopping bag does not guarantee item availability.
Once I'm registered, how do I log on and off?
From our homepage, go to "Your Account" and click "Sign In". A sign-in page appears where you can type in your user name and password. Once you've typed in the info, click on "Enter" to complete.
What if my user info changes?
No problem. You can edit or update your account information or address book at any time. Just log-on with your user name and password, and you'll see a menu where you can update your billing info, address book and password.
How can I use my Address Book to make ordering faster?
After you have added addresses to your account, the next time you order a gift online, you can choose to have it sent directly to him/her. During the checkout process, you will have the option to specify a "Bill to" and a "Ship to" address. Put your information in the "Bill to" section and then select the "Address Book Entry" in the "Ship to" section.
