For convenience:
1. You won't have to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically.
2. It makes gift giving simple. Your family and friends' information can be saved in your HaverHill Address Book, so you avoid typing in their information each time you send a gift.
3. You can browse, shop and delay your order. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that you can come back and complete your order later. Please note that adding gear to your shopping bag does not guarantee item availability
No problem. Edit or update your account information or address book at any time by logging-on and using the menu to update your billing information, address book and password
We have a link at the bottom of our page named as "unsubscribe" just click that and fill your email address on the page that you will see after clicking on the link.
Registered users can store the addresses of their friends and family online, so when you want to send a gift, you don't have to search for his/her address...we'll hold on to it for you!
'Backordered' items are temporarily out of stock but are expected to be available soon. A date will show indicating the date we expect to ship the item. Due to unexpected delays, this date is subject to change. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. Backordered items will be shipped via Standard Delivery at no additional charge.
What does it mean if an item is 'Not Available'?
All items that are 'not available' are no longer available at this time. Please check back with us for updates on merchandise availability as we may receive more inventory
Checking out is an easy four step process.
1. Click on the 'My Bag/Checkout' button. Your shopping bag appears and you can review your order.
2. Click on the 'Checkout' button to advance on to the 'Address' page. Here you will enter your Billing and Shipping information. Type in all your info, (make sure you use your credit card billing address for the Bill-To address to avoid delays in your order) and select your shipping method. Registered users will already have their Billing Info filled in but can still edit it or choose a different shipping address.
3. Click on the 'Proceed' button to advance to the 'Payment' page. Verify your Billing and Shipping addresses and type in your credit card information.
4. Click 'Process Order' to finish checking out. Your order will not be received until you click this button. A confirmation page will appear, indicating that the order has been received
When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes. If you do not receive an e-mail call us at 1-866-695-5562 before placing another order
Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the state to where it is being shipped.
International orders are excused from US sale's tax but recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes assessed by their country's customs
Fill out the recipient's info in 'Shipping Address'. Include a note by using 'Add a Message'. You can also have items sent in HaverHill Boxes by selecting 'Gift Box' for the cost of only $5 per box.
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.
